Richard has worked at Cisco for almost 10 years. He has been specialised in voice and video communications right from the beginning - when IP Phones were modelled on bricks and hold was an advanced feature. Now is an exciting time to be involved in Unified Communications which now really has the potential to change the way people work and to bring real competitive advantage. If communications are to be a seamless part of the way we work, vendors can no longer just produce solutions that stand alone.
