Jon Crouch - IT Specialist, Advanced Technology Group, IBM Jon Crouch has worked for the Lotus brand within IBM for the past 8 years and in that time has worked with all of the Lotus collaboration tools. Jon now focuses specifically on IBM’s Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) solutions, and the integration with Telephony Vendors such as Cisco. As technical lead for UCC in NE Europe Jon believes in the power of these technologies and the business benefits they deliver. |

Jon understands the need to use technology to enhance and improve day to day processes and working with major IP PBX vendors like Cisco allows IBM to deliver integrated solutions that bring efficiency, improve performance and deliver significant short and long term benefits to its customers.
Jon lives, works and plays near London, Jon is an active person and enjoys his Archery and Windsurfing.
