I am currently known as a "Messaging Technical Specialist", well that's what's on the business card, working in the Enterprise and Partner Group at our UK HQ in Reading - what does that really mean..? I guess that you would call me an Exchange Salesman :) Prior to becoming a TS, I worked in the Exchange Support team for just over five years as an Escalation Engineer (CPR) I have presented numerous Exchange sessions at Microsoft's Internal TechReady events as well as TechEd, ITForum and TechNet Evenings.
